Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a
typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, The Widow's Mite.NET shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your
credit card normally is not charged prior to shipping an order, if your
credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is
canceled The Widow's Mite.NET will immediately issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does
not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. The Widow's Mite.NET reserves the right at
any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order
for any reason. The Widow's Mite.NET is a reseller to end-users and does not
accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers
who intend to resell the products purchased from The Widow's Mite.NET.
Sales Taxes
Limited Goods withholds applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered
to addresses within Florida. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other
location.

Any material, information or idea you transmit to or post on this site
by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary,
and may be disseminated or used by The Widow's Mite.NET or its affiliates for
any purpose whatsoever. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal

Order Cancelation
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name,
order number, and email address. This information must be identical to
the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide
contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in
regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to
accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has
not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation
was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out
after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including
shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after
the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less
shipping and 20% restocking fee.
